Jody Mountain is a dancer, choreographer, and teacher with over 25 years of experience in movement, bodywork, and consciousness work. Since 1989, she has dedicated herself to Ancient Lomi Lomi Nui and the underlying principles of Hawaiian wisdom.
As a direct student of Kahu Abraham Kawai'i, Aua'ia Maka'i'ole, Uliama, she continues his teachings with deep devotion. In addition to Lomi Lomi work, Jody also teaches Core & Cellular Healing - a modern form of ancient Ho'oponopono that enables healing at the cellular level and a return to inner balance.
She is a licensed massage therapist and teacher in the State of Hawaii and brings her work worldwide through trainings, retreats, and individual sessions. Her book "Ke Ala Hōkū - The Pathway to the Stars: The Awakening of the Ancient Soul of the Body" is available worldwide on Amazon.
From her base on Maui, Jody shares this work in countries such as Japan, Canada, Spain, Switzerland, Poland, Portugal, and Ireland - always with a focus on guiding people into their aliveness, presence, and self-healing.
